Review: Lost Coffee
Lost Coffee has several shops in the Denver metro area. They are consistent and offer some fun seasonal coffee drinks. Again, we frequent them because they have a location close to our house and they have tons of seating, making it easy to stay for a long homework session. They're seasonal and specialty coffee drinks tend to be on the sweeter side, so if your looking for a good basic black coffee, this may not be the shop. Review: Sonder Coffee & Tea
This is one of my favorites in Denver. They have great black coffee and espresso, but where they shine is the flavors of their lattes and specialty drinks. They are geniuses with flavor and create some of the most unique specialty drinks without sacrificing quality. Each drink is well-balanced, so if you want a sugar bomb, this might not be the place for you. They have a honey pistachio cold brew that is delicious, and the black sesame latte that was incredible. Review: Mango Tree Coffee
Mango Tree Coffee has become a fan favorite, which may be primarily due to proximity to my house and has been a great post-yoga treat. There are two locations, we have only ventured to the Littleton location. It has plenty of seating, but is usually busy, and can be hard to claim a seat. Review: Corvus Coffee
With multiple locations, across Denver, this Corvus offers a variety of interesting coffees, with an emphasis on the basics. This is our go-to place for our at home pour-overs and espresso as they roast their own beans and they have a variety of options with interesting tasting notes. If you are looking for a sweeter drink, they only offer a few syrup options and usually only have one seasonal beverage. In the summer, it is usually some form of espresso tonic or cold brew ton

Review: Coffee Sarap
Coffee Sarap was a pleasant surprise that we stumbled upon. The shop itself is a bit small so unless it is patio season it my be difficult to get a table. The drinks are Filipino-inspired and are all things Ube and Pandan, and they are delicious! We tried the iced Ube latte, the Ube cold foam cold brew, and an Ube bun. On our second trip, we tried a black cold brew and hot Ube latte. The black coffee is good, but does not land as high in the ranks of "coffee snobbery", but i
